The honeydew honey is obtained from beehives that are cultivated in the Strandzha Mountains.
It is mainly oak woodland and climate and has the beneficial influence of the three seas. These contribute to the high levels of minerals, trace elements and salts in the air, which in the evening condenses as dew and falls on the oak trees. From the sweet oak sap released, and thanks to the aphids that develop, the bees collect the dark beneficial nectar and process it into honey.
Proof of the quality of honeydew honey is the high electrical conductivity due to the salts and trace elements in it. To qualify as manna honey, the honey must have an electrical conductivity of more than 0.89mS , and ours has samples typically above 1.00 mS.
This copper, favors the electrolytic properties of the body, the transfer of useful substances and their absorption. Its consumption, promotes proper and better movement of blood cells, which helps our body to recover and work better.
