Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery Times: Deliveries are carried out within 2 to 5 working days for Bulgaria and up to 10 working days for Europe.
- Courier Services: Orders are shipped via Speedy and Econt couriers. Available options include delivery to a courier office, to a private address, or to an automated parcel locker (box).
- Payment: Payments are handled via Cash on Delivery.
- Insurance & Inspection: Each order includes insurance for the full value of the products. Please open and inspect your package in the presence of the courier. In case of breakage or damage to the packaging or products, please inform the courier immediately on the spot.
- Fragile Handling: All orders are marked with "Fragile" labels. If the packaging appears compromised upon arrival, please notify the courier.
- Shipping Costs: Delivery fees are calculated according to the current tariffs of the respective courier company.
