Terms and Conditions

Owner: Strandja Eco Pack Ltd., UIC: 203803954, with registered office and management address: 2 Vasil Levski St., Indzhe Voyvoda, Bulgaria.
Online Store: The website located at strandjaeco.com, owned by Strandja Eco Pack Ltd., which offers honey and honey-based products for sale.
Customer: Any natural or legal person who uses the online store to purchase goods.
Product: Any item offered for sale in the online store.
Order: An electronic document generated by the Customer, expressing their intent to purchase a Product from the online store.
Contract: A distance sales contract concluded between Strandja Eco Pack Ltd. and the Customer for the purchase of a Product from the online store.
Right of Withdrawal (Important):
- Customers generally have a 14-day right to return goods.
- Exception for Food: Perishable goods or sealed food items that have been unsealed after delivery are exempt from the right of return for hygiene and health protection reasons.

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Strandja Eco Pack Ltd. and the Customer regarding the use of the online store and the conclusion of distance sales contracts for the purchase of Products.
Access to the online store is free of charge. The Customer may register by completing the registration form. During registration, the Customer is required to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Product prices are in Euro, including VAT. The Customer may pay for the Products using the following method: Cash on Delivery.
Payment by credit/ debit card through the VPOS of DSK.

             Types of cards accepted: debit, credit and business Visa and Mastercard cards

             Transactions are carried out through the security programs Mastercard IdentityCheck and VISA Secure.

              We do not store any credit and debit card information.

              The return of an amount paid by card is refunded to the same card.
Strandja Eco Pack Ltd. undertakes to deliver the Products to the Customer within 5 -10 working days from the Order confirmation. Delivery is carried out via a courier company. All delivery costs are at the Customer's expense.
The Customer has the right to return the purchased Product within 14 days of the date of receipt, without providing a reason for the decision. The returned Product must be in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Strandja Eco Pack Ltd. is obliged to refund the amount paid for the Products to the Customer within 14 days of the date of receipt of the returned Product.

Limitation of Liability

The website provides information about the products but is not responsible for the consequences of their use. Strandja Eco Pack shall not be held liable for any damages caused by the improper use of the products.

Strandja Eco Pack reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes shall take effect immediately upon their publication on the website.

All text, images, and other content published on the website are the property of Strandja Eco Pack or are used with the permission of their respective owners.
